Colleen & Ryan

Being a Bears fan, I feel fortunate to have been able to photograph a wedding at Soldier Field. Probably one of the more unique events I've done, we started the day at Colleen's condo with some preparation photos. From there, instead of taking a limo, she and Ryan hired Roger's Rickshaws to take the entire bridal party to the ceremony. We biked along the Chicago River, down Michigan Avenue, along the lakefront and through the museum campus, taking photos as we went. Both the bride and groom are architects, so they wanted to capture some of their favorite Chicago buildings. I would highly recommend taking rickshaws if you can, it was a ton of fun. To top it off, we were allowed onto the field (end zone only) to take photos of the couple. Colleen and Ryan really put together an amazing day, and I can't thank them enough for the opportunity.
