Jason Brown is an award-winning Chicago wedding and portrait photographer

who has been documenting weddings since 2002. Jason Brown's eight years as a staff photographer at the Chicago area Pioneer Press Newspapers shaped his approach to each and every wedding. As a seasoned photojournalist, Jason Brown's goal is to go beyond the traditional portrait by recording the true essence of each couple?s story. He accomplishes this by searching for moments, both big and small, and capturing the day as it happens. In addition to Pioneer Press, his work has been published in the Chicago Sun-Times, New York Times and Chicago Social Brides, and has been honored by both the Wedding Photojournalist Association and Illinois Press Photographers Association.
